Dear Jeffrey, Where can one buy a severed head like that? Does the hair grow back or can it be pushed up through the scalp? My wife has put me in charge of cutting out 15-month old son’s hair. I think this could go two ways: 1) i practice on a severed head; or, 2) I just go for an Australian ruby mullet and shave the sides to give him some style. What are your thoughts?
